To download Overviewer, select an appropriate operating system and a 32 or 64 bit package for it. In our documentation you can find more information about Installing Overviewer and Running Overviewer. If your system is not listed here, you can still build Overviewer from source, which is easier than it sounds.
The latest version of Overviewer is v0.19.10, built on April 5, 2023 from commit 13c1bdd.
